I rarely ever write reviews like this but I am not happy with my Vizio. We bought our Vizio in February of this year (2021) and within a month it began to have issues. After contacting Tech-Support we were walked through several steps only to have a replacement (NOT NEW). We were without a TV for almost 2 months before the replacement arrived. For the last 5 months I have called Support almost weekly only to be given the run around. The TV has GREAT picture quality, which is why we bought it even after the reviews cautioned against the purchase. The TV often takes 5-10 minutes or longer to "boot-up." Once it is up, it is fantastic. The problem is Vizio's Smart Cast. Everything else works but if it goes through Smart Cast, be prepared to wait!! Sacrifice picture quality and skip Vizio!

Problems, problems, problems! We had our tv just a few months and the screen went black. Vizio, to their credit, sent us a refurbished tv less than a year ago with a 3 month warranty. Now here we are, less then a year later, and the picture is starting to go dark again. This is one of those tv's that fits the saying, “you get what you pay for.” Now the picture is going dark again and no warranty. Disappointed in the quality of the tv

I bought it from a friend for my bedroom and it's been a great experience.

I purchased this TV three years ago. It's in our master bedroom and it is an overall great TV in both quality, picture and being user friendly.

Excellent graphics and quality. Easy set up and installation. I have had it since 2022 with no complaints!

The television features and picture quality were exactly what we were looking for when choosing a new tv. My family is very happy with this purchase!
