Set up process was annoying! Tells you to download app to pair etc and the app wouldn't pair with the TV. I brought this because it advertised working with other home gadgets i.e. Alexa, Google home etc. it legit does not work with my Alexa and I'm beyond frustrated. I've tried re-pairing multiple times and still gives trouble. Other than that pretty good picture quality, loud enough that I didn't need sound system /bar.

i bought a 65 inch Vizio Smart tv from Walmart on 05/27/2022 it was my bday present to myself. On 05/22/2022 i was watching it and it went blank no sound nothing. power light was on but no picture/sound nothing. still waiting for Vizio to come and do something. contacting Walmart also now. some bday present. i bought a 50 inch Vizio smart tv 5 years ago from Fingerhut still have it thank God or i will not have 1 at all. Thinking of just giving it back and forgetting purchasing it.

Tv won't connect to wifi

This is my 3rd Vizio tv and this is the first that it's not connecting to wifi. Did all the trouble shooting n still no luck. I have tried for an hour and decided to give up. So dissapointed!!!! I never had issue with my other tv and my excitement of upgrading just flush to the toilet!!! I'm returning this tv and will change it with another brand .bery upset and disappointing . Now a big hassle returning it to the store. I order online so I don't need to load in my car now this!!!!

What was never disclose was that Vizio chose to take away the rights of buyers to add their favorite apps. They made the choice for us and you can't add any apps you like. This is the single most horrible experience with buying this television. If I'd know before I would NOT have bought the TV.
