Wow! The picture is Amazing, I have another Vizio television, but it's not a smart TV, and the picture and quality is good, but as most electronics they get more advanced and better as the years go by. On top of all features this TV has, the quality and price compares to Sam's Club prices. I would recommend this Vizio television to all my friends and family.

Garbage. Do not buy.

Total garbage from day 1. Despite connecting to Wi-Fi the smart cast never loads and cannot use any apps after completing the required updates. After hours and multiple calls to troubleshoot the TV, router, and ISP, the TV was replaced via the warranty process. The new TV that was delivered had the exact same problem. Clearly, this is a manufacturer's issue.

im a mom who's on a budget, i have 5 littles! So this TV was the right pricing for the quality it gives! nice TV, great video display, and have never experienced any issues. would recomend to everyone! i owned the same size and brand TV before and while moving it in UHAL it was damaged, i had the same exact TV then for aprox 7 years with no problems. that id the only reason why i purchased a new one. only vomplaint i could complain about would be the volume, it seems the volume is lower then old school TVs but hey get you a sound bar and PROBLEM SOLVED!

Average tv, preloaded apps you can't remove

The tv for the most part is fine. The issue I have is it's preloaded with a bunce of apps nobody I know uses. Most of the apps are for pay programming, not free. Apps like Disney, Netflix, Hulu, Max, Sling. I wanted a TV that I could load with MY apps, not decided on by Vizio. You can't add any, and you can't remove any either! The remote is very slow to respond as well. I'll keep the tv for a while and then give it to a family who needs one. I will not buy another Vizio though.

Easy to buy, delivered this 65" to my home. USB does not play movies like my previous VIZIO from 2 years ago. Then the system froze while in the via online mode and finally, the HDMI sound stopped working. Returned it and bought the 70" instead... so far it seems to be a bit smarter.

The Tv is completely fine, it's a big tv, I love it, I don't know why so many people have negative reviews about it, it was not damage, I like the screen, the volume is normal, everything about the tv is perfect, basically if you're not careful with it, of course it will crack, but mine came perfectly fine. I now own 2 visio tv, a 43 inches and a 65 inches. Don't hesitate to buy it, a 65 inches for $398, is more than enough.

i bought one in februar. it broker after touching the screen. the screen is so fragile it break by barely touching it. it was a good deal at the time so i purchased a new one in april. now its august and the second time I bought this tv, it just won't turn on anymore. resets and any trouble shooting wont work at all. wasted now $800 on complete trash.
