This cleansing foam is very gentle! It feels so soft on my skin, and just as they claim, doesn’t dry out my skin at all. As someone with very dry skin, as I was so happy that I replaced all my other face cleansers with this foam. It is unscented, so the scent of it is a bit off-putting, but it’s not too bad, and once I wash it off I can’t smell anything at all. I use this at night and the gentle cleanser in the morning to refresh my skin. Will continue to buy as long as they keep making it. It also doesn’t have that chemical smell that you find in cleansers which is a huge bonus, it actually has next to no smell. Kinda wish they did put a fragrance in this one though.

I love the product and have been using Cetaphil product for 30 years. I hate the product delivery packaging. I bought two, one for the shower and one for the vanity. I love the feel of the product. It leaves my skin soft and clean. Both bottles began to stick shut and had to be pulled vigorously to dispense the product after two weeks. I will go back to my old standard Cetaphil gentle cleanser once I have finished. Too bad loved the initial use just poor dispenser nozzle design.

I like the product but the pump bottle is junk. After the third use it started sticking in the down position and I have to manually pull it up to get another pump. I’ve tried lubricating it and it still sticks. Every single time!!! I swear I want to just toss it. I’ll never purchase this product again.

The cleanser is not too abrasive and it works great with my dry skin. My skin doesn't feel dried out like it has with some face washes.
