I thought this product was very gentle, however after one usage I broke out. I'm not allergic to any facial products and I would say my skin is normal, however, this product ruined my skin and it has been one week that I'm trying to get rid of the bumps left on my face. Wish I could return this product.

This product is actually very good. Great foaming facial cleanser, nice and mild particularly for sensitive skin, however, the bottle specifically the pump is absolutely terrible! It sticks and gets stuck down low, you have to constantly fiddle with it, it’s frustrating and not worth it. What is the point of buying a good product, which needs to be pumped, and the manufacture uses a doggy pump?

So the first few uses of this was fine, and the product itself is fine. The wash stopped foaming a couple of days in, and then there’s just a watery mess I’m trying to get onto my face.
