bought this when my original face wash was out of stock. its not horrible. ive noticed a few small break outs here and fhere since i started using it and it leaves a film almost when you rinse it off. again not the best for me but it may just not be for my skin tyoe.

I love this product. I use tretinoin or retinoic acid and this face wash plays along with it. When a use tinted water resistant sunscreen is better to remove it first with micellar water and then a use my gentle cetaphil foaming face wash for sensitive skin. ❤️

This stuff is so amazing ! I have dry, mature skin, and haven’t been able to use anything without that tight, dry feeling after washing my face. Not this. It removes all my makeup, but leaves my skin feeling silky and smooth. Oh my gosh I’m in love. I’ve tried several brands, and this is a WINNER 🏆

I LOVE the product! It has little fragrance, a smooth rich foam that cleans your face thoroughly and leaves it soft and smooth. However, the bottle and pump are HORRIBLE! I keep one in the shower and one one on the sink so water isn't a factor...just the actual pump. It works for a bit then stops. Luckily, I had another empty hand soap pump bottle I poured the Cetaphil into and it works fine. Please fix the pump! TIA

I love this specific foaming cleanser. It doesn’t dry out my sensitive skin and my face feels really soft and clean after using. It does not have a strong or intense scent which I like. Also, it is great at removing makeup when applied to a wet washcloth and then used to wipe away the makeup. I’ve been using Cetaphil for years and I’m so glad this foam cleanser is available! Absolutely love it and am a repeat buyer!

What is wrong with the pump on this products bottle? I love this product but the bottle functuality definitely needs some improvement! the last two bottles I've had have done the same thing where you need to use two hands to pump it out and then the other hand to lift it back up so you can Pump It Again! It's so frustrating! I wonder if anyone else is having the same problem or do I just have incredibly bad luck to keep getting broken bottles?

Its an okay product. It does was it says, its a GENTLE cleanser, meaning the skin doesn't feel truly clean after using this product. This will not dissolve makeup or mineral-based sunscreen. Also, this product leave a slippery-feel film on the skin. Its like washing your face with a moisturizer if you know the feeling.

Luxurious product! This cleansing foam feels like a luxurious cleansing cream that gently but thoroughly cleanses the skin! I don't know how they did it, but is is a cream and a foaming cleanser at the same time. Better than any "High End" cleansers that cost 10 times as much!

love, it leaves my skin smooth without any need for any extra cleaning or face lotion or creams.. I use it with the rubber face scrubby. Rinses off easy. doesn't have that weird scent as some describe. also, i have not had any issues with my pump getting stuck. i gave 4 out 5 stars because it's starting to pump out watery cleaner instead of foam even when i shake it gently to try to remix it to get it to pump out the foam. i do not keep it under my shower water or anything, so I'm not sure what may be causing this. i would just recommend finding the original cleaner without the foaming feature. but i haven't had issues with it drying out or breaking out while using this cleaner. I switched from Cera Ve original cleaner and foaming cleaner, which would sometimes overly dry my skin, so would i need to use a face/body lotion with this face cleaner.

I like the facewash, the fact that its already foamy seems to make washing my face go faster. the dispenser on the other hand failed after just 3 uses. after pushing down on the pump and getting foam, the pump top does not pop back up to the start position and has to be lofted manually back up before it can be pumped again. Its a pain.
