I couldn't find the Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser I was using so I tried this product, I thought I wouldn't like it's foaming property. After using it I found that I like it, makes my skin feel clean and it rinses easily. It leaves no residue on my skin.

My daughter is 7 and is already experiencing break outs and black heads so we started looking into face wash for her. This is perfect for her being so little it foams up and is easy for her to use on little cotton pads and it is gentle on her skin. It also took off SO much dirt!

I love this product. I use tretinoin or retinoic acid and this face wash plays along with it. When a use tinted water resistant sunscreen is better to remove it first with micellar water and then a use my gentle cetaphil foaming face wash for sensitive skin. ❤️

love, it leaves my skin smooth without any need for any extra cleaning or face lotion or creams.. I use it with the rubber face scrubby. Rinses off easy. doesn't have that weird scent as some describe. also, i have not had any issues with my pump getting stuck. i gave 4 out 5 stars because it's starting to pump out watery cleaner instead of foam even when i shake it gently to try to remix it to get it to pump out the foam. i do not keep it under my shower water or anything, so I'm not sure what may be causing this. i would just recommend finding the original cleaner without the foaming feature. but i haven't had issues with it drying out or breaking out while using this cleaner. I switched from Cera Ve original cleaner and foaming cleaner, which would sometimes overly dry my skin, so would i need to use a face/body lotion with this face cleaner.

Dermatologist recommended it for years %26 I didn't want to spend that much money(pot of cream is especially expensive) once I began ALL CETAPHIL PRODUCTS...NO MORE DERMATOLOGICAL VISITS!!! PLEASE START CETAPHIL (especially with skin issues) WELL WORTH THE $$$$

The nozzle shape is not effieciant, because the soap comes down onto the hands, so it would be much easier if it is downward, but it is made upward. This is the foaming cleansing, so this nozzel can be downward, which would be very efficient and easy handling.

What is wrong with the pump on this products bottle? I love this product but the bottle functuality definitely needs some improvement! the last two bottles I've had have done the same thing where you need to use two hands to pump it out and then the other hand to lift it back up so you can Pump It Again! It's so frustrating! I wonder if anyone else is having the same problem or do I just have incredibly bad luck to keep getting broken bottles?

bought this when my original face wash was out of stock. its not horrible. ive noticed a few small break outs here and fhere since i started using it and it leaves a film almost when you rinse it off. again not the best for me but it may just not be for my skin tyoe.

I love this face wash but I’m going to have to switch products . Every bottle I have ever bought works fine for the first few washes, but then the pump gets stuck down…and I have to manually pull it up to the start position every time I push it down. At first I thought it was just me, but after about the fifth bottle I realized it’s a company issue…then I looked it up on independent review sites and not only do others have the same problem, they have actually reached out to the company to tell them. Nothing has changed so I will find another product. It’s too bad, I really love the face wash…but it’s just too aggravating to fight that bottle!

My favorite face wash! I started using the oil control version over 10 years ago when it was recommended by a dermatologist but have now switch to the gentle foaming and it still continues to keep my acne at bay. I have struggled with cystic acne for years and this is the only face wash that helps. The pump on the newly designed packaging does stick and has to be pulled up to continue using.
