[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dermatologist has recommended Cetaphil cleanser for years due to my maturing, sensitive skin, but I would periodically try other products that looked or smelled more interesting because I found the style of the Cetaphil container boring. Now that the product comes in a more stylish, easy-to-use foaming pump, I feel no need to experiment with other cleansers! Cetaphil really is the best product for my type of skin because it cleans and hydrates my skin without making it feel "tight".

I noticed that this face wash was too airy and light for me, therefore it did not do much for my face. I recently found out that this face wash also promotes the growth of Malassezia, which means it promotes fungal acne, so I definitely do not recommend for someone with acne or fungal acne.

The title said “Gentle Foaming Cleanser” but I didn’t see the face image. I might have known that sooner if the label includes the word, facial. I like that It is fragrance free and my skin does not feel dry after cleansing

Before bed I use Cetaphil night cream. This helps keep my face looking fresh and hydrated. The Cetaphil Gentle Foaming Cleanser is great for sensitive skin. I have combination skin and this works great. It's very gentle and leaves my face feeling nourished and clean. I won't use any other face cleanser.
