Great gentle product!!

It’s really good

The cleanser is good, but the pumps do not work. I purchased the set of three Cetaphil Gentle Foaming Cleansers a couple of months ago and have used two of them so far. The pumps on both of these bottles were faulty. When you press down on the pumps, they stay down until you push them back up. This is extremely annoying. I won't be buying anymore of this product, because I don't want to deal with the bad pumps.

Fabulous cleanser. Very mild yet cleansing. Until you get halfway thru the bottle and then the pump starts to stick. So you try to open the bottle for easier access, but the bottle won't open. So you struggle along with the jenky pump till the product finishes. And you're angry the whole time. I wouldn't recommend the product solely off the terribleness of the bottle.

I purchased this because Sam's Club has not been carrying the Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser (non foaming). I assumed this would be the same except it would be foam. Unfortunately, it's not. I loved the other and liked how it didn't even need to be rinsed because it was so gentle - this one does.

I enjoyed using this product. I don’t particularly like foaming washes although I found that this one was gentle on my skin which was unexpected

This is a good product. The foaming wash is great because it’s already lathered and ready to use. Gentle on sensitive skin is really helpful to me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleanser cleans my face pretty well, but after using it, it leaves my face feeling somewhat dry, so I recommend using a good moisturizer or light facial oil immediately after using while skin is still a little damp. Overall, it’s a good, no-frills cleanser that cleans well.
