[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have combination skin so I have difficulty finding products that don't irritate or dry out my face. I was excited to try this foaming cleanser; however, it might be TOO gentle because it didn't remove my makeup. I tried washing with two pumps and could barely get it to lather in my hands even though we have soft water. I then tried again with 10 pumps and my makeup (foundation and mascara) still wasn't coming off. The Cetaphil Extra Gentle Daily Scrub finally did the trick. I tried the cleanser again for two more days and had the same problem. It worked ok in the morning before applying makeup, but my skin didn't feel as refreshed as it did with the scrub.

The foaming cleanser is gentle, doesn't strip my skin but gets it clean. UNFORTUNATELY the pump on the bottle stops working about a third of the way through, This has happened on my last three bottles. Even though the product is good, I'm giving up on it. It's not worth the hassle.

After removing everything, my skin feels fresh and clean. very easy to use in my daily routine. This is very light and not hard. I use this every night before bed. I highly recommend to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to try this Gentle Foaming Cleanser from Cetaphil, because it is light and is for all skin types, but from the first time I used it, I didn't feel that my face was cleansed, but quite the opposite, I felt my face was dry and as with a layer of soap, I have sensitive skin and it didn't work for me, maybe it works for another skin types

The foam is light yet bubbly and takes very little to produce a lather. I have extremely sensitive combination skin with occasional breaks outs and this face wash removes the excess oil without drying or tightening my face. It also rinsed off clean without any residue. My skin felt clean , soft and refreshed , without irritation. My husband also used this wash since I keep it in the shower and he was impressed with it as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have dry to normal skin and it needs a daily scrub, but I don't want it to be irritating to my skin. I used this product three days in a row and my face feels great. It is a gel with a mild amount of grit to remove dead skin. I love it.

I've gone through a whole bottle of this and although I debated purchasing something different, I'm going back to this cleanser. I have sensitive skin and wear a full face of makeup almost every day—this cleanser takes off EVERYTHING and doesn't over dry my face. I love foaming cleansers—I feel like they really get into my pores and get everything out. After I wash my face with this cleanser I'll use a toner, and let me tell you. There is NO residual makeup on my cotton pads. The Cetaphil Foaming Cleanser takes it ALL OFF. I also love this cleanser because it easily takes off my eye makeup and it doesn't sting my eyes like most other cleansers will. The best part of using this is I know it won't interact with any other products I use on my face. I can't recommend it enough!!
