Pump jams and won’t work therefore wasted product that you can’t get out. Would not recommend

Cetaphil is a good, gentle cleanser. I have introduced this face wash to my young daughters.

Don’t like the foam

I have been using the original formula Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser for many years and love it. I do not like this new Gentle Foaming Cleanser; it is sticky and doesn't rinse off well. It states "New look same formula", but it has different ingredients than the original. This foam cleanser contains Polyquaternum-10 and Phenoxyethanol which the original product does not contain.
