I love that it’s gentle and doesn’t over-dry my skin. However, sometimes I have to use other cleansers because this one sometimes doesn’t feel like it cleansed enough. Scent sometimes gets to me, but it’s okay other times.

cleanser itself is great, my skin is getting healthier every wash BUT the dispenser fails after 1 pump - it doesn't pop up so I have to manually pull it up, then push to dispense more- very frustrating
