When you push down on the pump, it doesn't pop back up, you have to pull it up. The soap is a good face wash, but the bottle is awful and will prevent me from buying it again.

I used to have acne and all products would irritate my skin. I use the cetaphil gentle foaming cleanser every morning and night. Very gentle and the foaming action really removes dirt and make up from your skin.

I am on my third bottle of this fine product. But the foam delivery system needs work. The pump gets stuck and has to be wrangled for the next use. I would have given up long ago, but I LOVE this cleanser!

It’s better for non problematic skin. If you have acne you’ll feel like your not getting a good clean. But my mom loves this stuff. So it’s a good basic gental cleanser
