Love the product. Please fix the design of the pump. Have bought 3 so far and all of the pumps stop working within a week of using it. It should come back up itself when you push down on it.

I like the foaming soap and how it feels on my face however I cannot use the pump the design of it is awful I cannot use the pump with one hand I need 3 hands to get the product out of the container!

Cetaphil Gentle foaming facial cleanser is a gentle daily cleanser that works well for sensitive and combination skin. It didn’t cause breakouts or irritation, even with regular use. Quick easy and importantly gentle on skin. This is in my daily skincare routine. I’ve never really had sensitive skin that features is a bounce I’m oily to normal skin and I’ve no acne it left my skin feeling clean without dryness and whiteness. Overall it’s very good product I buy this again and again. 🫶🏻

The product may be OK, but the foaming pump top fails. All 3 of them it has failed. It stops working and gets stuck in the top. You can pry it out, get one pump and then it's stuck again. Contacted Cetaphil and they didn't care. Garbage product, waste of money, will never purchase.

I have had a very positive experience with this cleanser. I’ve been using it daily for about 4 months now. My skin is combination dry, oily, and sensitive. This cleanser doesn’t irritate my skin and leaves it feeling clean and refreshed. I follow with moisturizer and my skin feels great for the day.

Caused a breakout and burning in less than a day. Normally use Cetaphil's Gentle Skin Cleanser and Daily Facial Cleanser (one or the other or a mixture), and when the gentle cleanser ran out I decided to try the foaming version, without realizing how different the ingredients are. Very bad choice for my skin!
