This product is exactly what it claims to be, a gently cleaner. I'm even able to remove a light coat of mascara, but not enough to claim that it's a makeup remover. My only complaint is the pump gets stuck more often then not or dispenses liquid rather than foam.

This was my go-to face wash for a very long time. It was suggested by my dermatologist as a good gentle cleanser for sensitive skin- especially acne prone skin like my own. It works very well. My only criticism is that I feel that I have to get multiple pumps of product in order to have enough to cover my entire face to wash it.

My skin got wicked dry recently so I had to switch to a more gentle cleaner. This stuff is great. It comes out easily it feels good on the skin. The pump is easy to use and I would recommend it to anyone who's skin is acting up a bit and is being extra dry.

This cleanser gets the job done. I primarily use it when I'm between cleansers and am trying something new. It's a very neutral cleanser. I give it 4 stars because my face doesn't feel squeaky clean once I'm done using it, and that's the feeling that I strive for. I need my pores to feel clean and this doesn't quite do it for me. But alas I keep it around because it is nice and gentle enough to reach for when I'm out of my fave.

Fragrance free and super soft. I have been using Cetaphil products for many years on the recommendation of a long time doctor. I have very sensitive skin and am allergic to most fragrances. I have always been very fond of Cetaphil soaps, lotions and creams. But this is my new favorite! I love how it foams when you pump it. There is no fragrance and it soaps up wonderfully all over the skin. Really wonderful product! It's great as a hand soap and as a bath soap ... I love it!

I'm surprised by this product. I'm not a fan of skin care products that have perfume in them, my skin is too sensitive for all of that. This product has no scent which is great! I almost never buy “drugstore” skin care products, but I was desperate. I gave it shot and my skin loved it. The impending outbreak that was coming in on my face was stopped in its tracks. Whenever I'm not using my more expensive go-to products, this is always there to save the day.

This is such an amazing product for my dry skin. It is foam and it does lather on the skin nicely. My skin feels so much softer after I use it. It does not have a fragrance. It is also a pump which is a huge plus. I will definitely be repurchasing this soon because I am almost out. I highly recommend.

Meh, i bought this and i returned it cause I genuinely fid not see a difference in my skin weeks after using it. It left my skin feeling somewhat tight, i have dry skin so this stuff just made my skin feel so dry after if i didn't immediately use moisturizer 

I was super excited to use this soap just because I've heard really good things about it, and I love foam soap. This product makes my skin feel super clean and soft, but sometimes my skin will feel tight and a little dry in certain areas. It definitely helps with acne, and there is a little scent to it, but it's a nice light soap for everyday use.

Really good cleanser. I was looking for a face cleanser, fragrance free and gentle on my sensitive skin and this one worked for me. I really like it. Leaves my skin really clean and soft. Doesn't leave my face dry or flaky. I recommend it if you have sensitive skin like me.
