While we're glad that you like the product's scent, we are sorry to hear that your hair became greasy. This isn't the kind of experience we want you to have when using our products and we'll be sure to report this to the rest of our Herbal Essences Team. In the meantime, to get rid of any excess grease, we recommend washing your hair with a clarifying shampoo. To prevent this from happening again, make sure to thoroughly rinse your hair. If a shampoo, conditioner, or styling product is not thoroughly rinsed, it can leave hair greasy. If your hair feels only slightly too greasy, we recommend trying a shampoo and conditioner that aren't quite as rich as what you are currently using.
