[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I thought I would love this as much as the shampoo. I love the smell of the conditioner and the pump makes things so much easier. It did moisturize my hair, but not as well as other conditioners. It did make my hair soft, but I still had tangles and my hair felt a little dry even after using. I just expected it to moisturize more. However, it wasnt that bad and I would definitely finish the bottle!

Just using this conditioner mixed with the shampoo turned my shower into a relaxing spa-like experience - which is perfect for quarantine. It has a light, but amazing scent that will remind you more of an essential oil diffuser than a normal Herbal Essences scent. I'm in love. This also instantly made my hair feel softer and fuller, like I had recently done a hair mask. I'm definitely going to keep buying this one, it's amazing!

I received this complimentary product from Influenster to try. I love this conditioner! It made my hair so so so so soft and smooth! Its safe for color treated hair, and it just made my hair feel so nice! I definitely would buy this again and recommend it to my friends and family. The only thing missing from this was that it didnt really smell like anything. When I think of herbal essence, I think of great smelling shampoo and conditioner and this one just didnt have that so I felt like I was missing something.

It has a strong smell if you also don't like coconuts I don't think you'll like this conditioner. It is a good product and does what it says it will do, but the smell makes me not want to buy it again. I had my mom try the conditioner and she loves everything about it.
