I would like to preface this by saying that we are a family of seven. My husband, myself, and our five grown children. We started using this product about a year ago and we all absolutely loved it. Then, about two months ago everyone started losing, just an insane amount of hair, when we would pick or brush our hair out, after we had shampooed and conditioned it. We were also pulling hairballs out of the shower drains, the size of large rats, and unfortunately, I'm not exaggerating at all. My 28-year-old son, whose hair was down past the middle of his back, had to shave his head. Why you ask…… Because his hair was breaking, splitting and falling out so badly in the front that he had little bitty short bangs. So, my opinion, take it or leave it. If you don't want to go bald, don't want to have to shave your head, don't want to have a little tiny man bangs or don't want your hair to become so thin, that people have to look twice to make sure it's really there, do not use these products. If you have more at home, return it or dump it. I know shampoo and conditioner can be expensive but would you rather waste a little bit of money or lose your hair? Again, just my opinion. This works. Now, I cannot find it anywhere to buy. Is it still being made? Why stop, when something finally works well.

My hair is normally coarse and wire like. For it to be smooth and shiny, I would have to blow dry and straighten it. Now, this shampoo and conditioner leaves my hair so smooth and shiny, soft, and frizz-free. Love it!!!
