I'm used to drinking the refrigerated version of this milk, so I can confirm there is a definitely a different taste in this milk. That being said, different isn't always bad. The shelf-stable almond milk is less sweet and has a richer/creamier texture than the others. I find that it subtly enhances meals and doesn't overpower you with sugar.
