A perfect replacement for an old Samsung tV

I replaced my 13 years old Samsung Smart TV with a new one as Netflix was about to stop streaming on it. This TV is just great, Netflix and YouTube streaming is absolutely fantastic, and now all I need is a good sound bar to have a better sound.

Can't beat the price

Great TV for the price. With smart things it is connected with all our other Samsung appliances. When the kids leave the fridge door open the TV will let us know.

Solid value for its price range.

I have had Samsung TV's in the past. Always been happy with them. This is no different. Easy setup, sound is good, picture is great. The TV responds quickly. I have no complaints

Best quality tv out there

Digital tuner has no memory for changing channels

I don't understand why the TV has remote issues and has hard time loading ap screen or going between inputs digital TV menu has too little memory to do TV listing of what's on TV.

Hi Consumer, I'm sorry your TV is not functioning properly. Please try the below troubleshooting steps. First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, please remove the batteries from your remote and then hold the Power button for eight seconds to reset the remote. Then, reinsert the batteries and try to use the remote again. Then, please check if the remote is sending an IR signal. Take either a digital camera or use the camera on your phone or tablet. Point the remote at the camera, and then press and hold the Power button on the remote. As you hold the button down, look at the camera's screen. If the remote is sending an IR signal, you will see a colored light coming from the remote control. If you do not see the IR light, replace the batteries with fresh ones and try again. If you still do not see the IR light, then replace the remote. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you! Please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Easy to navigate after much help from support.

TV IS GREAT THE SET UP IS A MAJOR ORDEAL. YOU HAVE CALL TO GET HELP TOOK ME THREE DAYS BEFORE I WAS SOMEONE SATISFIED. THE REMOTE IS GREAT NO EXPLANATION HOW TO USE ALL THE BOTTOMS.

Better Speakers

Good TV great pictures my only issue are the speakers. Samsung know they can put better speakers on any every and all tv's. I guess now you'll be looking for people to return and purchase a sound bar system.
