[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using Sonicare for over 20 yrs and love its cleaning action and ease of usage, no wrist movement required!. I also really like timer function that beeps every 30 seconds to prompt quadrant change, and shuts off automatically after two minutes. The base lasts a long time, after 20+ years I'm only on my 3rd one. The metal stem of the base of my 2nd one was loose and not working properly. Since I was within the 1 yr warranty period Phillips replaced it with no problem. The price has gotten more reasonable for the brush replacements over the years.

It doesn't have the rubber type grip surface to help hold the brush & maneuver the head. It also "glitches" which I'm guessing is the brushing too hard feature??? From my past products, it feels to me like it's time to move to next quadrant... Anyway, I love the results!!! Since I started using Sonicare, my dental checkups have been sooo much better, thank you!!!

Been using Sonicare for decades, loyal to them. They WERE a solid company. You got your replacement heads and the toothbrush worked. Those days appear to be over. NOW you can buy a toothbrush that last about 6 months and have too many choices. After going through 5 toothbrushes in the last 4 years I AM DONE!!! How about making ONE GREAT TOOTHBRUSH with ONE HEAD and sell that!

We have used Philips Sonic care for years and have never experienced what happened with this one. This last one we bought didn't last at all, mine broke the piece that hold the brush after 1 month of use and my husband's just did the same. It never happened anything like that with any of our past toothbrushes.

I owned Braun before I got Philips Sonicare. The vibration motion of Philips sonicare is differ from Braun. Braun does circle motion of the bristle, sonicare vibrate the whole body of the brush head. It takes time to get used to the change. I trust others reviews, so I give this a try. Motor wise is quieter, the body smooth for more hygiene even though it does not help much in the shower, so I only use at the sink. Very good price when Sam’s club goes on sales.

It has greatly improved my oral cleaning procedure for both morning and before bedtime. This toothbrush makes me feel like I am healthier - that my whole mouth is clean, not just my teeth. I have gone through two of these in the last 3 years. They simply don't last anymore! I have the older model that first came out and it has lasted like 8 years, yet these new and improved ones are such a disappointment. They start making a very loud noise then the vibration power goes down and the toothbrush becomes useless. I just returned them and were only 6 months old.

Amazing cleaning action! I’ve owned many Sonicare but this one cleans almost as good as the dentist. The settings are great, the sonic power is just awesome. Just when I thought it can’t get any better than my last sonic toothbrush, this one takes the cake. I bought the 2 pack and my husband loves his just as much. My gums are also in much better shape because of the style of brush head.

My first protective clean toothbrush stopped working after just over two years. Philips provided a replacement handle to me. The replacement handle has now stopped working just over two years again. The toothbrush is good when it works but the longevity is extremely poor.
