I like it!

My old Sonicare stopped working after about 5 years so I started looking for a replacement. I like all the updates to this model. I like the pressure sensor monitor so I don’t apply to much pressure when I brush.

Good features, but stopped working in 1 year.

It stopped working in one year. I thought my warranty was only for one year, so I bought a replacement. This will be my third Philips electric toothbrush. If it breaks within a year like the other two, I will switch brands. I do like the features.

screw comes loose like all the other models

junk, screw comes loose and makes it worthless and noisy. if you get it as a gift make sure you ask for the receipt so you can have it because you will need it for the warranty otherwise they won't do anything to fix it.

Favorite toothbrush

I've used electric toothbrushes for many years, and Sonicare is far and away the best. I've tried all the "new" ones, and always go back to my trusty Sonicare.

The product has great features, but didn't last!

This toothbrush lasted approximately 2.5 years and the mount that holds the toothbrush on broke off. I rinsed and dried it after each use. I stored it in the plastic case it came with. I'm really disappointed. I loved the toothbrush.

Perfect

You can see and feel the difference after the first wash. My teeth feel clean all day long (even with an excessive amount of coffee.) Battery also lasts about 2 weeks. Also its super cute, and not as bulky as other electric toothbrushes.

dies after only a few years

I have now purchased two Sonic electric toothbrushes and both stopped working after a few years, and always after the warranty had expired. I would have expected that a product that expensive would have a longer lifetime before dying on me.

I love the toothbrush
