These are excellent toothbrushes, but get the warranty! We are on our second set of these and have had to file claims on both sets due to them failing at the vibrating part. It does do an excellent job of cleaning our teeth but they wear out quick.

bought this to replace an older Philips Sonicare toothbrush that wasn't holding a charge very well anymore. this does a good job cleaning my teeth and i hope to get years of service from it. i feel it was money well spent and i am very satisfied with this product.

I have gone through two of these in the last 3 years. They simply don't last anymore! I have the older model that first came out and it has lasted like 8 years, yet these new and improved ones are such a disappointment. They start making a very loud noise then the vibration power goes down and the toothbrush becomes useless. I just returned them and were only 6 months old.

They do a great job cleaning your teeth but we have had to replace it every year because they break. One time they gave us a replacement at no cost but in the past five years we've purchased four. We use only the skincare brand toothbrush heads with it. The quality isn't very good.
