[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 65 inch and a 55 inch I genuinely love this TV. The remote is the easiest remote to use it's the best Samsung remote out there. Samsung‘s interface on their TVs are the best extremely easy to use not frustrating. It's easy to hook up sound bars video games. The picture is fantastic I'm not normally a big notice or of small things but you can tell the picture is better than 85% of TVs out there.

The worst customer service, been a long time Samsung customer but after my experience here, never again! I purchased this tv in 60” at the end of November 2022, the tv went on sale with a price decrease of over $300 within two weeks of my purchase (December 9th, 2022). I called Samsung and was advised that they will not price adjust. I asked to escalate this and was told a supervisor/ manager will call me back to discuss, i've called multiple times but no one has ever called me back, it's been ongoing for two weeks, even with my regular follow ups! Shame on Samsung!

I bought this tv specifically to be able to play Xbox Game Pass on tv as well as Geforce Now and other options. I have not been disappointed. Would definitely recommend for a gamer that doesn't have or want a pc or console. Hook it up with a Samsung soundbar for Q-symphony. You will not regret the decision when watching the newest film in 4k or playing the newest game.

I bought this 2 days ago and am very pleased with the picture. Sharp clear and bright colors. It easily hooked up to my 3 year old Samsung sound bar. The remote doesn't work too well with my Telus optic TV set top box as it WILL change channels but doesn't give me my recordings and "on Demand" programs, so I have to use my Telus remote for those. That's a bit of a pain having to have 2 remotes available

The older Samsung we used for our main TV had a weak Wifi component and would buffer or load slow, but this Samsung TV works great. It is farther away from the router and it streams just fine. I usually hard wire my LAN cable to the TV's but I really do not need to with this TV. We enjoy the crisp vivid colors and the sound is good as well. Glad we purchased this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used several brands, such as vizio m series and hisense lg7. This one has been super solid and doesnt drop audio like the hisense. The overall build quality was much better, as the vizio actually had a space between the frame and screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this as my computer monitor along with my Asus powered Nvidia 2060 graphics card and I must say the quality of gaming with the game settings all maxed out really changes games I have played in the past. The detail is absolutely mind blowing with the tvs clarity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size and the options Great picture, lucky to find sale, too wow, i am at the age i realized the tv is smart and i am not. however, the setup was quick and smooth. the picture is super. there's so much content loaded on this tv i will never use it all. the only thing i might criticize is that i increased the text size as large as it will go, and it is still difficult to see from more than 8' or so away and the remote is not backlit. that is a big one. i had read that in other reviews and it's very true.

Works well with my iPhone for screen mirroring, and is easy to set up. The only downfall on any of the new flat screens is audio fidelity. A sound bar plugged into the optical port solves the problem.
