Best bang for buck

This is our first larger tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part, this tv is great. The picture is nice and they come through clearly with our Spectrum package. There was one time that we had a purple/green color issue, but I believe that was a connection thing that we fixed ourselves after searching a while online for an answer on. The remote with this takes some getting use to. It's only truly annoyed us once and makes you wish there were slightly more buttons. For us, we opted not to get a sound bar. Def didn't need it as we aren't the owners of a private theater. It carries just fine over a maybe 30ft space. Sometimes movies, commercials, or different channels are louder than another. Easy fix.

Best tv ever owned

I have many streaming services that work great .The apps are easy to navigate and view.I have both wired and wireless connections and can't tell difference in quality.The picture is great for viewing .High motion action sports and movies are seamless with out any blur.Totally satisfied with this product.

Great tv

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this over 4 months ago everything is good the remote can charge buy solar ( like an old school calculator). App's easy to work with and easy to set up devices to it, and even have them turn on as you switch to them. I recommend this tv.

Terrible customer service

I bought this product last month, but TV does not show properly by using HDMI or screen mirroring. I contacted support teams a lot of times but they didn't answer me! They didn't answer me well and I still have this problem after a month. It is not recommended to buy from Samsung at all!

Excellent high-quality TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the TV with our cable and internet services. Located in our living room, the 65-inch screen is the perfect size for our open floor plan. I can be seen from the dining area as well as the kitchen. The picture quality is the best we've had in any previous TV.

Good but random flaky on/off

Not a fan of Bixby the voice recognition is far under par compared to the competition. TV does random strange things. Turns on in the middle of the night or randomly shuts off. Allot of money for the trouble I have

JamesB, Please know your 2022 Q60B TV has 3 Voice Assistants to choose from: Bixby, Amazon Alexa, or Google Assistant. You will first need to select which Voice Assistant you would like to help control your TV. You will also need to be connected to the internet. After selecting your Voice Assistant, you can change the settings by going to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Voice > Voice Assistant. Once your Voice Assistant is selected, you can press the Microphone button on your remote to help navigate the settings menu, change the volume, or even search for content. Please also try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the power issue you're experiencing: 1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. 2. If the power cycling allows enough time in between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. 3. Disable the Power On with Mobile option. TVs which can connect to SmartThings can be turned on using compatible devices, sometimes automatically. However, if abnormal "power on" signals are sent through the wireless network, they will trigger this function and make the TV turn on. If you do not want this function, navigate to Menu > Settings > All Settings > Connection > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile, and turn the setting off. High quality, reasonable price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture quality and sound. Perfect size for my bedroom; not too cumbersome, even sitting on a mount. I stream mainly from Netflix, Amazon, and Sling with little to no issues. The tv can be slow to react when toggling between apps within main menu, though. I would highly recommend this tv.

Awesome Picture
