Best TV ever

Awesome TV, features and outstanding color. The menu was very intuitive, a pleasure to use and the size of the remote and its ability to recharge itself is fantastic. This TV brought a whole new Gaming Experience into my home. After reading several articles on the technology that make up this TV, it was clear that this TV was a winner.

Easy to set up. Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was very easy to set up. Picture is great. Samsung plus is really a plus- love it. And came with 4 months free HBO, so it was a nice token of customer appreciation. Also got 4 -5 years warranty for free. So far so good.

Future of TV BOX

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung did a great job to make it simple and carefully handle TV during unboxing. It is delicate TV so taking out of box is important step. The strip on both side of TV protected the screen during handling. It was easy to follow the direction for set up. One wish list is I hope TV company can come up with the way to disassemble TV box to store. tV box is too big and taking lots of space.

I love all the features on my new tv

Outstanding TV until you get to the remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our TV with cable and with steaming apps. We only use the sound when using streaming apps. The TV sound is more than acceptable for steaming. The picture quality is excellent and is perhaps the best I have owned. The smart TV features are very flexible and easy to use. My only complaint is the remote. It unpaired at times which requires turning the TV of and on.

Dronegeek, I’m sorry to hear your Q60B TV’s remote is not working as expected. You may first want to reset your remote by pressing and holding Return and Enter (the center of the navigation pad) for more than 10 seconds. After performing this reset, you will need to pair the remote to the TV again. To pair, stand within 1 foot of your TV, and press the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected. If the remote will not pair: 1. Unplug the TV for 30 seconds, and plug it back in. 2. Try moving closer to the TV and re-pairing. 3. Check to see if your remote is charged. You can check remaining battery by going to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery. 4. Check for available firmware updates on your TV. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now If the issue persists, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Too many features to mention

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Solar remote should be able to directly select a channel and not have to move through all the channels to get to the one you want. I purchased the optional remote that has the numbered keypad to directly select a channel.

Amazing quality

I wasn't in the market for a new TV but a bigger one was something I had been wanting. It's been almost 6 months since buying this TV and I couldn't be happier. I enjoy watching movies, shows, and sports. The size is helpful with how large our living room is. The quality is unmatched. It is amazing and I hope to get many years out of it. Very happy with this purchase.

TV Does not Consistently Connect with Samsung SB

We like the TV, but it does not consistently connect to the Samsung sound bar. The company we purchased the TV from has had numerous technicians come to our home, but it still not reliable. The sound bar was replaced but the issue continued. The store is not able to help us anymore even thought the problem has been from day 1 and we have purchased their technical support. There is something wrong with the tv. The software is up to date, but the tv does not always find the sound bar. We we go into settings, sometimes the sound bar shows up, sometimes it does not. Stuck with no where to go!!!!!

It has good features but lacks some stuff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has great quality but sometimes when I was a show on my PlayStation or on a different device connected to the tv, it reduces the quality and also the tv is slow at responding to what I do. This is not just for the current tv I have it has happened to 2 other tvs that I have bought in the past year. Otherwise everything is fine and this tv is really nice and amazing.
