Purchase for my grandkids. Took a few days for a email code that didn't work. None refundable and Sam club said no responsible. Why sell this product to your customers in your business. Not fair.

I bought these gift cards for my daughters best friend as a birthday gift card and she can't use them because it says they were already used. How embarrassing

Anytime you order more than one they only email one redemption code and you have to contact customer service to get them to resend them. Every single time- so obnoxious and don’t understand why this hasn’t been fixed in over a year

Help?? Redeemed with no issue but didn’t get any robux for it, only shows a $25 “credit” in settings. Tried researching online and read that this card doesn’t work for tablets or smartphones (apps) which is the only way my kids play roblox so now they just have un-usuable credits in there accounts?
