I think the breading on these bad boys is a little soggy even after baking. It doesn’t have enough crunch.

The meat is good and tender. I do not find gristle like i do in other types of chicken tenders. Flavor is good

These taste more like Asian type of chicken and a poor example at that. Bring back Tyson Honey BBQ chicken bites. Those actually taste like BBQ.
