My teal Adirondack chairs were delivered today. We unboxed, and built 2 chairs in less than 25 minutes…easy peasy..10 screws.

Chair broke and tried to get replacement part from Keter. They stated they did not carry parts so basically we were out of luck. This is unacceptable.

I bought 4 of these for use on a pool sun deck, open to all weather and direct sunlight and love them. There has been no color fade and no repairs needed. Easy to assemble. Great buy.

For the price, these are fine chairs. However, the supplied hardware makes assembly a "box of chocolates" as Forest Gump would say. I purchased four of these, and two had improperly threaded backing nuts. You don't find out until it's too late, and the screws get jammed, unable to seat fully or remove. Unfortunately, I'll be heading back to the store to return the two that are unusable. On the plus side, the ergonomics are good...comfortable to sit in. "You just don't know what you're gonna get."
