Ordering was easy and delivery was timely to a remote area. I sent as a birthday gift to my Dad and an early Mother’s Day gift to my mom. Both were pleased with the presentation and contents of the baskets.

All the fruit is very fresh and beautiful. The crackers, cheeses and treats look wonderful and the basket is a lovely keepsake for this birthday surprise.

The first fruit basket was a disappointment. I received a phone call from customer service re: the issue. The second fruit basket replacement arrived in good condition.

Very disappointing! When I ordered this basket, I made the mistake of using my address instead of the person I wanted to send this to. I am so glad I did because this basket was not what I expected and I am glad he didn't get it. First, shipping was late from CA and I live in AZ. Next, it was not assembled like the picture. And, some of the fruit was not appealing to the eye.

Ordered this for my brother who has a December birthday. It was supposed to be delivered by December 23 just before Christmas. Instead it arrived January 8 and all the fruit except for the apples had gone bad. He did like the other items in the basket but rotten fruit due to delayed delivery is inexcusable, not so much that it was late by a few days around Christmas but that most the fruit had gone bad. Too expensive for that to happen. I wouldn't order from this company again.

Sending it to my niece for a housewarming gift and the fruit was rotten!!! I would never order again. I'm so displeased With Sam's gift basket never never again.

This was a birthday gift for my father, upon opening it my mother sent pictures of it to me and several pears were not only rotten one of them was completely black and liquefied inside the box. So there is zero quality control. So if you're looking for a nice birthday gift to send to somebody, hoping that the gift receiver will be happy, look elsewhere. Not only were my parents very upset about this, I had to call Sam's Club and deal with customer service to try to get a refund. I wish I could upload photos, it is disgusting and I am beyond appalled that anyone thinks it's okay mail out a gift product like this. Clearly this seller does not care about the customer and my father did not receive anything remotely as pictured or advertised in this listing. Beware.
