When I tried Crest Whitening it did wonders for my teeth. And I didn't believe that it would because I've used other products that said that they would do the same thing and they didn't. I loved the whitestrips. I noticed a difference after the first use. I received a whitening system (trays and bleaching solution) from my dentist and was told to wear them overnight. Not comfortable at all. I can put the Crest 3D whitening strip on before I take a shower, leave them on until I am finished and see a difference.
