These are effective at whitening the teeth but make mine sensitive to hot/cold for many days after use.

this product whitened my teeth really well, and I enjoyed the look of my teeth, but one downside was that it made my teeth sensitive.

I use these along with the 3D white toothpaste. It doesn't leave my teeth feeling sensitive or achy like with other whitening devices.

I never used it that's why I put 4 stars ⭐️ and I can put 5 bc my sister used it before and it works really good
