These really brightened my teeth! the do create some major tooth sensitivity so I don't leave it on for the full 20 minutes.

I use these along with the 3D white toothpaste. It doesn't leave my teeth feeling sensitive or achy like with other whitening devices.

These are amazing! Only down fall is if left on too long your teeth become very sensitive. And it hurts!! Other than that my teeth stay white :)

This whitens your teeth immediately after one use but it can be a little bit painful for those with sensitive teeth

It takes a while to work but before I had braces I used this and it did help the whitening of my teeth a whole lot.
