However, some users may be more prone to sensitivity than others, and there are steps you can take to reduce/eliminate this sensitivity. We suggest not brushing too hard, or more than twice a day during treatment, and to consider a softer toothbrush in place of a medium or hard bristled brush. We hope this is helpful. Another tip is to use the strips over a longer period of time by waiting a day between applications, or alternating between using an upper and lower strip.
