Confused

I received these and have done four treatments. Out of the four treatments, two of them did not stick to my teeth and one pair had holes in them!!!

We know how frustrating this must have been, especially when you’re looking forward to seeing whiter teeth. We're glad you took the time to let us know, and we'll share your report with the rest of my team. Try these tips to help keep the strips in place: * Wear the upper and lower strips at separate times. * Use a mirror when applying the strips: press the sticky gel side against the front of your teeth, with the strip along the gum line. Then gently tuck the strip in the spaces between your teeth with your fingernail, and fold the excess behind your teeth. * Try to avoid touching the strip excessively with your tongue. * If the strip begins to slip, close your mouth, and create suction to tighten the strip to your teeth again. The 3D whitestrips work great! Don't wear them too long because your teeth may hurt, but they end up looking great.
