i use these almost everyday, and leave it on for the full 30 minutes, but if you have sensitive teeth i would not recommend using it everyday. i have noticed a huge difference in how white my teeth have gotten. i will definitely repurchase.

i used to have super yellow teeth because all i drink is coffee and that really put a damper on my teeth. after using this for about two months, i'm finally getting super white again. i 100% recommend.

Can be painful for sensitive teeth, but I recommend not leaving the strips on for the full time if you do have sensitive teeth! Other than that, great results from this product!

Honestly, maybe I just didn't use them tight but these never made a difference for me. I don't have really yellow teeth but I do have a yellow tint that I would like to get rid of. Me and my sister both used these and they never worked.

Great for getting your teeth there whitest with minimal effort. My teeth are not too stained but these always take me back to paper white! Could be longer because they don't cover all your teeth just the ones that show in the front.

makes teeth very white

I love them for making my teeth very white. if you have sensitive teeth however, these may not be the ones for you. for how well they work, they are super cheap. such a great deal

The irritation can be reduced by following these tips: -Don't brush too hard and or more than twice a day. -Avoid medium to hard bristled toothbrushes after whitening your teeth. -Try a different toothpaste, one for sensitivity can help. -Try using the strips every other day instead of daily. Kind of costly but worth it! It gets the job done ! I would not use this daily because it will cause a lot of pain over time with your teeth so be aware of that. Use every now and then! This stuff makes my teeth so white and I'm never going back!

Great product . You can tell the difference. Helps make your smile look bright if you do it consistently.its effective and the price isn't bad . I'm also a repetitive user ! I'm overall satisfied with this product. Works good if used correctly .
