Please know that Whitestrips are very safe when used as directed, and a few changes steps can be followed to help prevent sensitivity. First, while using Whitestrips don't brush more than 2X daily, and brush gently using a soft bristled brush and mild toothpaste. Another tip is to use the strips over a longer period of time by waiting a day between applications, or alternating between using an upper and lower strip. Although whitening may take longer, you'll still have the same overall whitening effect. However, if you still experience significant irritation, we recommend you stop use.
