When I want to keep my teeth white I use the whitening strips one time a week usually on Fridays. I keep them on from 30 minutes to an hour depending on the package. But there is always a result of white Teeth when the process is done

I think they improved the adhesiveness of the strips to make them stay on much better. They don't slip off, so you can do other things while whitening your teeth
