These will whiten your teeth but these will also cause sensitivity in gums and teeth and sometimes you get flashes of pain while using them. But they whiten fast so if the benefits outweigh the discomfort to you then they're worth it.

This product is really good. It has helped whiten my teeth just enough for me to like it but my teeth don't have that sensitivity that you would have from whitening strips

These whitening strips work if you keep up with them, but if you have sensitive teeth I don't recommend. I always find myself in pain because of the sensitivity it leads me too, but the effect almost makes it worth it.
