Amazing lack of instructions. No where on the packaging, or in the provided literature, do they tell you which strip goes on top and which on the bottom. The strips are not the same length or the same width, so you'll have to guess which one goes on top or bottom.

My teeth are very sensitive when it comes to whitening strips so when it comes to them I tend to be super careful. I only use these once a week and I can see an amazing change in my teeth! They aren't to harsh but I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting whiter teeth!!! Plus, it does not take up a lot of time throughout your nightly routine.

These work really well. And you won't have to use them that often as your teeth really do stay white after doing the recommended application. I'd recommend doing it before bed because they can hurt sensitive teeth and doing it during the day may be annoying if you're experiencing sensitivity from it

I swear I get compliments on my teeth all the time because of this stuff. I used a professional writing paste when I was younger and now all I use are these crest strips to maintain the pearly whites. These are amazing and I don't have to use them daily just whenever I want a touch up!

I'm not the biggest fan of whitening strips, I normally prefer the whole UV light things, but these Crest whitening strips work very well. They whiten my teeth so well, and I like it enough to the point I will use them if I can't get ahold of my normal teeth whitening kit. 

These definitely work great! They whiten quickly and easily. I used to use these all the time with no issues, but as I have grown older, it seems my teeth have gotten more sensitive & when I try to use them now it makes my teeth hurt. I just have been using the toothpaste alone instead.

I thought i didn't have Sensitive teeth but when I did this for a little bit my teeth start to get insensitive and then I started doing it once a month and it still hurt my teeth so just be careful make sure you don't hurt your teeth but they made my teeth really white

I know some people think that it's from a box how could it work?! But it truly works! It's so easy and so fast and hello you can do it at home, in the car , literally everywhere! And i totally recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to spend a ton of money on teeth whitening!

I love all of the Crest 3D White strips. I just got finish using the one hour strips. It did a great job. For in between i use the 5 minutes strips to keep my teeth bright and white clean. I have been using white strips for years, and always get compliments on how beautiful my teeth are. Thank you 3D white strips for keeping my smile white!!

I use the whitestrips once every year. I feel like they make a difference and I have received sone comments on my teeth. You have yo prep your teeth before use by using sensitive toothpaste and then keep using it during the whitening. Your teeth will hurt some from the strips bit the toothpaste helps.
