This ROC product claims to reduce circles and fine lines but also says it can reduce puffiness within 4-6 weeks weeks. In my case it noticeably reduced puffiness not in weeks, but after only one use and within 30 minutes! I could not believe it. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now with no irritation as some have mentioned and it seems to work better every day.

The corners of my eyes are just starting to lossen up just enough that I notice small wrinkles. I use a small amount every night massaged into a C shape around he eye. It feels slightly cooling when you massage the cream in, and it definitely feels like its starting to tighten the skin in those areas. I love this product and use it every night with my ROC night cream as well.
