This ROC product claims to reduce circles and fine lines but also says it can reduce puffiness within 4-6 weeks weeks. In my case it noticeably reduced puffiness not in weeks, but after only one use and within 30 minutes! I could not believe it. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now with no irritation as some have mentioned and it seems to work better every day.

I decided to try the ROC retinal correction eye cream since I had such good results with ROC deep wrinkle nighttime cream.This caused increased swelling under my eyes, and it took a few days for the puffiness to go down after I stopped using it. This eye cream isn't inexpensive, and I am very disappointed in it. Not at all what I expected from ROC. This eye cream caused my eye bags to get much worse.

I have used it at night and in the morning before I put my makeup on. Just a tiny dab goes a long way, so the tube will last me a long time! I have seen a difference from my once puffy eyes and dark circles under my eyes. They still are a little puffy and dark, but compared to what they were when I first started, I'm amazed. I would recommend this to a friend. It soothes the skin around your eyes, unless you get it directly in your eye. Be careful to not get it directly in the eyes! It helps me get ready for bed at night and helps me wake up in the morning with feeling refreshed.

However, I definitely like the overall texture of the eye cream itself. It's reasonably lightweight, absorbs well, and doesn't irritate my eyes. A little goes a long way - - it doesn't take very much to do the job!
