I had such high hopes but NO! I couldn't stomach eating something that smelled like dog food and tasted funny. I had to throw them out the car window. I hope I can return the bag and just purchase string cheese for my breakfast :-( 😞

The citric acid preservative gives these a weird clay/playdough taste. Price is great, but I can't get over the horrible taste. Dousing them in salt and pepper just to eat them.

As of 2024, these taste absolutely terrible. All I taste is the citric acid used to preserve them.

Tasteless until you get to the yolk which has a bleach or chlorine taste.

So easy and convenient! Can't wait for it to come back in stock.
