This will be my 3rd storage box. The other 2 were great until raccoons chewed up the edges. Be aware that resin is not chew proof!

A panel was broken and a part is missing. There is nowhere in the paperwork to contact for the warranty.

Got two - with 2 big boxes delivered to my door. Took 15-20 min to put together- snap in parts, no tools needed. Very easy assembly, well made- solid and sturdy. Great price too😊🤸🏾‍♂️

Purchased this item, has no instructions. Obviously need to pop it together but can't figure out how. Keter has online instructions for larger boxes but they have additional pieces this box doesn't have. Won't go together the same way.

I have had this box for a while, the corner of the lid broke, called Keter and was told no parts are available for this unit or worth the cost of ordering and shipping. I would be cheaper to throw away and buy a new one. Dissappointed in the quality of the plastic.

We bought 1 first and got it home & assembled. After seeing that it was going to work perfectly out by the pool in between a set of chaise lounges, we ordered another online. Got it yesterday and used it for another set of chairs by the pool. Can store grandkids pool toys and various other things. We are so impressed with this product, yet we ordered a 3rd to store our outside Bluetooth radio in when we are not using it. Great product with a million uses!

Love this so much that I got a 2nd one so I could double them as quick spot to sit and put cheap outdoor table in middle. I got first one for automatic pool vac and is perfect size for my intex zx300 along with 21’ hose and adapter for it and my other side skimmer and hose plus adapter then some more stuff. I read a lot of people using it for towels on their deck or patio for the pool once they dry or are cleaned. I have noticed it doesn’t get spiders or webs as much as my other 2 models. I have the giant 230 gallon as well and left review. Had for 2years it’s same as day I got it same with this but a medium one prev purchase not from Sam’s has faded out so they don’t match when they should cause they should not fade. I have Rubbermaid roughneck storage shed for 6 yr now after it hasn’t faded so not sure why the medium storage did but these are great if you wanna warranty you do need to register quick keter changed policy while back and won’t honor unless is registered within short time frame so be sure you check that to be certain but doubt you will need warranty

I was looking forward to the delivery. Fedex delivered it today with the box torn and the plastic box is broken. I am having issues trying to return it. I wanted to receive this before I ordered more. I will not order more if I am not able to even return it at this point.

This is a very nice storage box BUT the instructions are awful! It's very hard to take apart if you don't put it together correctly! Which I did not! It about killed my 10yo grandsons hands and mine trying to get it apart after we mistakenly put the 4 sides together and couldn't get the bottom in! You have to put the bottom inside the 2 end pieces with handles up first, then the front/back pieces and then click it all together and then add the top on. We finally got it all together and it's very nice but wish the instructions were more clear! It shouldn't have been as difficult as it was to assemble! That's why only 3 stars! It's really a 5 star box, if it had better assembly instructions and seems very sturdy and nice quality!

I bought and had difficulty trying to put together as it shows arrows indicating it slides together when, in actuality, it must be fitted (difficult to see where it needs to fit together which is why it took 2 of us: one to hold and one to seat it and snap in place). Then, we got to the lid and the two hinge covers are missing. Called the store (as when I purchased they were down to one and I wanted more and said I would take the one and the display but told me they had 64 due in so wouldn't be selling the display and to check back) and asked if I could come in and get a hinge from one they have there and they said they were out of stock and did not know when there would be any in. I asked about the display and found out it was sold. So much for me picking up the other eight. Not good business practice and I still need the hinges. Hopefully, I'll get some help and can improve my review. Although I do not understand why Sam's Club does not have someone to answer questions submitted rather than have other customers do so.
