As a new Sam's Club Member after signing up online and making my tire purchase immediately after. When I went to the store to get the tires, I first stopped at the member's club desk to get a card because I was not able to download the pdf online. The representative told me that my debit card was sufficient for member purchases. Not true. After shopping for other items when I got to the register, I then had to go back to the Member's club desk, where another Rep. printed a temporary member's use receipt. I paid for my items. I went to pick up my tires where I was told that I would need to go back to the Member's desk where they would need to refund my money and that I would have to repurchase the tires. I refused to go through that for a third time in one day. After receiving an email that same night stating, my tire purchase was ready for pick up I went back the next day to get the tires. Needless to say, my first impression was not a pleasant one and I still have not received the card that I would get in the mail. Please help with this!

Not great. I purchased 4 of the same kind of tires, crazy right? Well, they installed 2 of the ones I ordered on one side and 2 different kind on the other side. Had to go back and wait again to have this resolved. And they never put the valve stem caps back. Poor attention to detail.

The Pensacola Sam's tire center is woefully understaffed. They don't have a waiting area but I was told I could wait in the café area. When I went over there they were having an employee meeting there. I have a bad hip so it wasn't a good experience walking or standing for 2 1/2 hours.

These are the exact tires we purchased in 2021 and they have served us well. The price did go up a few dollars but then again what hasn’t.

Tires make a whining noise going down the road that I don’t like but it is what it is. Hopefully it doesn’t get worse as they wear.

I am kicking myself that I bought these tires. Roughest riding, noisiest tires I’ve ever had. They provide a very unstable ride as they bounce you all over the road. I Always purchased the Goodyear Fortitude in the past which I never had a problem with but I thought I would try a different one this time. Big mistake on my part. I am now taking a loss on these ones and ordering the ones that I know are good.

I have a Suburban LTZ I run Goodyear Sport Tires and tried these for the winter. They are very QUIET, responsive and handle all extreme weather conditions. The one flaw that I have experienced is acceleration/braking in deep snow they do not perform a 5 rating. The HT is not a PEAK rated tire but it's a great winter tire for lots of highway and extreme weather roads. It is a very hush on the highway at low and high speeds.

This is by far the most quiet comfortable truck tire I've ever purchased. If I didn't know better i would've swore I was driving a totally different truck when I drove away from the tire place. very quiet.. Nice ride. I would definitely recommend these when its time to replace or update tires
