[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really enjoy our Samsung TV. The picture is clear and colors wonderful. The issue we have is our smart tv keeps removing a channel we watch every morning for our local news. It was on the channel list but now it has just disappeared. We are not sure how to fix this. It is upsetting as it is our local news Channel 35 Fox Orlando.

The picture is nice but the voice sound is distorted some and not really clear. I tried all the settings including the AI sound settings but that made it worse with a lot of base in the speech. It's worse on movie channels so I'm going to return it for a 65" QN90 that has a different sound system. The first QN85 we receive was really bad so I returned it. The 2nd one was much better but still has some voice distortion. The music sound is very good. The widget music only allows 2 choices and SirusXM is not one of them and are not easy to change. It doesn't come with a Direct TV icon so you have to make one. Our older Samsung TVs came with Direct TV icon. If you do not subscribe to Netflix, Disney, or Prime Video, the remote buttons are worthless. Also the Hands Free Bixby speaker is not on the QN85D but the Hands Free is in the settings. This was confusing. I'm pretty technically experienced but I had to Call Samsung numerous times to set up the cell phone and other things. The location of some settings are not clear. There's a learning curve to overcome. Also you cannot skip the advertisement on Samsung TV plus and the same advertisement often comes up. This is very annoying...for the price of this TV it should be advertisement free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new TV. Picture is great and has sharp detail and great color. I have one issue-occasionally my volume disappears. I have to turn off the tv for a few seconds and turn back on. I was surprised that this happened but when I googled the issue this is not new. there were videos on how to fix which didn't work for me. I have the original tv settings. It only happened twice in a month so not a major problem but a surprise for me that it happens at all on a new tv. Other than that I really love the tv.

The color, clarity, sound from the sound bar and woofer and the related overall quality literally make watching seem like a live experience. I have ducked baseballs, felt like I was catching footballs and basketball, and jumping out of the way of an errant golf ball splashing into a water hole. Samsung is the finest TV out there.

The picture is out of this world, seriously. It's extremely user friendly and has great sound as well. When people come over, they always comment on how awesome our TV is. I've always had big nice TV's for my living room and no one has ever commented on them, but the picture, color, resolution on this one is just so outstanding that literally everyone comments on it! We have it now for some months. In principle it is ok. But it has several flaws. Especially that the picture moves during a show or in some ads to a zoom mode, Showing just part of the picture. Switching to another channel and coming back, brings it to normal size. Happens several tims a day. Not what I expected. All changes I made, which I found on the internet, did not help. The sound is changing permanently. It is set to keep the same loudness even when changing the channel. Sometimes 10 is too loud, sometimes 25 is not loud enough, even without any side noise.
