This TV is unmatched in quality and clarity!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I watch a lot of streaming apps and play a lot of gaming on my TV. The color is next to nothing I have ever owned. It's absolutely amazing. Black is BLACK and colors are vibrant. And the price tag wasn't insane either.

Poor Remote Control Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buttons on the TV remote control are too small for your fingers to hit without hitting another function. You have to use your fingernails to hit a button up or down. The buttons are also too sensitive & move rapidly to different channels or functions.

Best TV Ever. Samsung is the way of the future!

Stunning picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stream all of my movies and network shows. I also enjoy sports broadcasts. The picture for all three is brilliant. The colors are true and seamless. Black is a true black. And all this in my very bright room. I use a separate speaker system through eARC and it works perfectly although it does override the Samsung’s highly capable built-in sound effects. This is a great all around’er.

Beautiful picture

A perfect addition to our living room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from a 75” qled that was 5 years old to an 85” neo qled. The difference in picture is amazing and the sound quality (without need for a soundbar or home theater setup) is fantastic. The user interface is fairly intuitive to use and the rechargeable/solar remote is handy and easy to use. Felt it was a great value for the price. Only one complaint would be how ridiculously heavy it is. I hadn’t expected it to be quite so much heavier than the old 75 inch.

Not Satisfactory

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has problems with buffering and losing internet connection all the time. Other internet connected TV's and devices in my home do not have this issue. I would appreciate a solution or a replacement TV.

Buffering may occur on your Samsung Smart TV while streaming video content over the internet. Buffering usually occurs when your internet connection provided by your ISP cannot supply data fast enough for the playback device. Best TV for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I love Samsung TVs. You can tell the quality that Samsung puts into their TVs because we had one that was 7 years old and it worked amazingly but it was time for an upgrade. I did a lot of research before buying our TV and I could tell that it was the clearest image you could get without the big jump to OLED. The colors that our Neo-QLED TV has are stunning every time we see them on TV. We have loved watching movies, TV shows, and games which all have amazing color and quality. Mixed with the 120Hz refresh rate, we are able to enjoy a perfect seamless image with fast-paced action shots. We were blown away by all the new features this TV has including Alexa and Samsung TV+. I will always buy a Samsung TV!

Excellent but for one issue I am having

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture and when paired with a Symphony capable Samsung sound bar also immersive sound quality especially with Dolby Atmos. Was easy for me to configure in the settings menu--the only issue I seem to be having and what is preventing me from giving this TV five stars is a notification that keeps appearing when I turn the set on that I need to go into Service Mode to make certain adjustments. I haven't tried to do that fearing the warranty would be voided and it hasn't yet appeared to affect the TV imaging at all yet this is a definite annoyance and a possible future concern. Hitting Factory reset was ineffective with this issue. Also doesn't seem to matter which TV input I am working from. I don't think this happens to everyone but it has to me.

Great TV but there's a few quirks.

We have found however that the volume will from time to time and without discernable cause increase dramatically without touching the remote. That, and the contrast changes at times when scenes change. Not sure if that's an automatic feature or a glitch.
