This bacon is good quality. You can tell by the thickness of it and how well it cooks. We used by turning it into bacon bits, having slices of bacon on the side and using the bacon for different meals. You could really taste the difference in quality. Having it divided evenly really helps with storage and freezing. I don't need to put the extra into a ziplock bag. Would definitely recommend this to others who are in the market for bacon.

I really like this bacon. I prefer thick cut, but many people have mentioned that it's too thick, almost ham like. So, it depends on your preference. I'm particular about my bacon though, so I don't always buy it if I can't find a good one. The flavor is good and consistent.

Usually buy Wright bacon here at SamsClub but since they were out at the time, we grabbed members mark ‘thick cut’ as its replacement. It was not as nicely trimmed, as thick cut as and did not cook or taste nearly as good as the Wright brand. Would I buy again? Probably not.

This is definitely high quality and delicious bacon! I really love that the packaging has the 4 pounds of bacon split into 2 pound portions. The bacon had a great meat to fat ratio and the flavor was smoky with subtle woody hints. These bacon slices were thick too, way thicker than other brands we have tried. My whole family enjoyed these and would highly recommend!

We love this bacon. It’s so easy to cook on a foil lined baking sheet. Baked @ 375 degrees to your desired crispness. When baking sheet is cooled, the grease turns white and you just fold it up and throw it in the garbage, then put baking sheet back in storage. It’s quicker Quicker and much easier than frying and a much better flavor.

This is the ONLY bacon that I buy for our: bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, bacon and egg sandwiches and all of our meals that use bacon. It’s the thickest with the most lean streaks of meat in it. Reminisce of the type of bacon I ate growing up on a farm and raising our own pigs.

I tried the Members’ Mark thick bacon because it was about 20% cheaper than the Wright bacon I’ve been buying. It’s not bad, but lacks the distinctive flavor of both Wright’s Hickory-smoked and Applewood-smoked bacon. Taste-wise, it’s on a par with most grocery store brands, not bad, just “bacon."

This has some of the best flavor I've ever had in bacon with the salty and smokiness in it, but not too smokey. It is very thick and takes a while to cook, so I had to use medium heat so it didn't burn. It's perfect by itself, but I would love to add it to potatoes and salads, too!
