Firstly, item was delivered earlier than expected, which was great! Box was damaged/open; however, inside packaging was intact. My son says mattress is comfortable But after only 2 weeks there’s significant bunching.. something’s not quite right.

It was easy to get out of the box and straighten out. Feels very good to lay on. Very impressed with the inexpensive price and the mattress. It’s for the guestroom so it will not be slept on every night. Good quality.

I bought this for my 11 year old grandson. It came in a big long box it was very heavy. We had to bring it up a flight of stairs the box was flimsy and broke apart when we tried to carry it upstairs. So we took it out of the box. It was rolled and wrapped in plastic. When we got it upstairs unwrapped it and aired it out for about 8 hours. He slept on it that night and has been happy with it ever since. He says he gets a good night sleep on it and it’s comfy. Happy Grandma

Too firm for my bad back. Arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and set up was fairly easy for one person.

I would have rated it woth more stars but it was not supposed to be firm but WOW it is. Got delivered on time, wish we could have returned it.

This bed is not to firm and not to soft it is just right i love it and if u want it to be more softer purchase a box spring with it for the height and more comfort!

My 15-year-old didn’t want a memory foam bed. She loves this mattress. Took about a week to get used to, but compared to her old spring mattress, this one is fantastic. Make sure it’s where you want it when you slowly cut the layers of plastic off to release it. The last layer, it more or less popped out of the plastic with a lot of force. I’m glad that end was up against a wall because it would have broke something.
