Chair is good quality, but back is low. I am 5'4" and at lowest setting seat is too high. I am heavy so need chair that holds my weight, but seat height makes my legs go numb. This chair would be good for someone tall that does not want to rest their head back. Need to find a chair for short people that will hold heavy weight.

I needed a new desk chair for my home office because the one I was using, while still serviceable, was increasingly uncomfortable to use. I'm working hard to get smaller, but until I do, it's great to have this chair because it's actually comfortable for a full day's work. Highly recommended if normal task chairs don't fit or are uncomfortable after only a few minutes.

Love the support and solid feel of the chair. It is very sturdy and has great back support as well as cushioning in the seat. It moves smoothly when needed. The adjustable arm rests are a plus. It doesn't feel like one of those chairs that will fall apart quickly. Would definitely buy again!

It is a comfortable chair. You cannot beat the price. The instructions were not ideal according to my husband and he had to call to get help with putting it together. So far the hydraulics on it has stayed and not moved down like my previous chair.

Chair arrived with damage in several areas. Scratches on the legs, fabric torn in a couple of places. I would assume since the chair is heavy it isn't easy to carry around in a delivery truck and took some punishment during its arrival to my home. I didn't worry about the scratches and I sewed the torn fabric places myself. I don't think package is durable enough to hold the weight of this chair. I wanted a big and tall chair since most chairs only go to 250 and I'm around 270. Its more than accommodating and comfortable for use at home.

I bought this chair because I am over 300 lbs and my other chairs wore out. This one is built very sturdy. Has no problem holding my weight. It is not as cushiony as I would like, but it only is a problem when I sit for 2 plus hours and not get up! I am very glad I bought this chair! It will last me!!

Great chair for "oversized" folks! Fantastic quality, well built, very sturdy solid chair. I bought it for my elderly father who weighs 260 and it is nice and roomy and very solid. I replaced an older chair that I was afraid would break and leave him in distress. I have no worries with this chair, it is so solid! Fabric is nice, easy to use a lint roller to remove the few cat hairs that stick to it when his kitty sits on the back and looks over his shoulder when he works. Arms are sturdy. Rolls smoothly. Base is a bit larger than the old chair helping to make this chair pretty impossible to tip over. Definitely recommend this one!!

Heavy duty chair, easy to assemble, very sturdy

This chair is great and has enough room for a big girl, 5'9'' and 285 lbs.

Chair is great but packaging is terrible. Had to have a replacement sent and between the two cartons, I was able to build one chair.
