im a bit on the large side this chair is comfortable has a wide seat and large back makes it very relaxing paying bills or playing games and it also arrived 3 days after order was placed

nice wide comfy seat and high back. love that the arms can be adjusted up or down. does not recline and that would be a plus but overall, l love it! seems to be very sturdy and the cloth upholstery looks like it will wear well

Very uncomfortable. Back recline swivel does not work. The only thing that works is the up and down pedal. I am returning chair. I thought that it might be my fault but I had two others try to get the back to move and swivel and they couldn't do it either. I really don't know why this chair is called Big and Tall because I am big and it didn't do anything to help me.
