I start every day with this one coffee!!

Every morning I start my day with this coffee...it is delicious and strong enough without being overbearing. I add a touch of sugar and some cream and top it off with a little whip cream - heaven!!! My cat and dog are part of the ritual - I have to give them a little whip cream each, so their day starts off right, too!!....

What happened?

Original Donut Shop was my favorite. The last two cases I purchased had the same carton, but the KCups are different packaging, and certainly not the same blend. How can you call it the ORIGINAL when clearly it is not. Please, PLEASE bring back the original.

Crowd Pleaser

I've been drinking Donut Shop K-Cup coffee for a year and a half now. Though I give it three stars, I really cannot say anything bad about it. This is a good, solid coffee that I think most people will like. On the other hand, it doesn't make me think of anything special. If you're looking for a good, solid, everyday coffee, try Donut Shop.

Not a fan like most....

Some background info to help you understand why I might not like Donut Shop medium extra bold: I am a huge fan of either a Dunkin Donuts or McDonalds type of coffee...not too incredibly strong or weak, but definitely not a Starbucks type brew like their Pike's Place signature roast (that stuff is a colon cleanse waiting to happen)...as you can tell, I'm not a fan of anything real strong and bold, and I would say that this is on the verge of tasting very similiar to a Starbucks type of regular coffee...if you want a strong coffee, then this is for you! I was shocked as to how strong and bitter this blend really is. Having asked my next door neighbor this evening what she thought about it, she absolutely loved the Donut shop blend...thought it was just AS good as Starbucks. Hope this helps you make your decision in case you're on the fence.

There's no comparison!

Medium Roast is so rich and full-bodied, it is the only K-cup coffee I have ever been able to brew on the large cup size in my Keurig. A friend sent me (another "donut" name) coffee for Christmas - popular and well advertised brand - and it pales in comparison, even in a medium sized cup full. I'm saving the gift coffee for those who just have a cup to be sociable, and my Donut Shop K-cups for the serious coffee drinkers like myself.

I love it!

I had this first with my mom's Keurig. This is before they changed the label. Now that I have my own I've only used the carafe size. It's delicious. I hope they haven't changed it per others' reviews. If you like a coffee that makes you think of a donut shop or a breakfast diner this is for you. Even if you love strong coffees or espresso (I do) you'll still like this coffee.

Super Strong

This coffee was just terrible! It came out waaaay too strong. I have small mugs so I thought a medium roast would be ok. I suggest using a large cup if you want to try this coffee, but it is very bitter, had a nasty after taste, and didn't even smell good. I literally had to spit it down the sink.

I like this.

I just got a new brewer, so I am trying all of these for the first time. I would have to say that this could be a bit smoother at the first sip, but I am drinking it black and I traditionally do not go for a bolder blend. But, after the first sip, it reminds me of picking up a cup of coffee from my favorite donut shop down the street. And, to be honest with you, the reason I go there is because of the coffee, not so much the donuts. So with all of that said, I do recommend this k cup!

Love this coffee!

I love, love, love this coffee! So much so, after buying a box of it, I received another 50-ct. box for Christmas from my husband. While I will admit, I tend to NOT like strong coffees, and I'm definitely not a dark roast fan, the flavor of this coffee is perfect, even though it's described as extra bold. I don't find the coffee has a bitter, almost burnt taste that I sometimes feel "bold" coffees tend to have. This one is definitely worth a try, even for those a little hesitant to go to the "bold" side.

Not what it used to be! Blah

I love my coffee bold and for the last 2 years this has been my favorite...I've recommended it to everyone that mentioned they had a Keurig. Since about November it's NOT THE SAME!!! I noticed that their was a new Keurig logo on the kcups that wasn't there before but didn't think much of it at the time...made my coffee as i normally do, added my creamer and it tasted like I was drinking creamer with a shot of Coffee. Absolutely not the same coffee it used to be. Won't be purchasing this anymore...very very disappointing!!!
